Spring can feel like a breath of fresh air. But for many, it’s also one of the most disruptive seasonal transitions. Shifting light, changing temperatures, and environmental triggers can leave you feeling foggy, fatigued, congested, or simply off in your body.
In this class, I’ll guide you step-by-step through how to use essential oils safely and confidently to support your body and mind as you move out of winter and into spring.
You’ll learn how to use aromatherapy to ease common spring challenges like headaches, seasonal allergies, sinus pressure, low energy, mood swings, and even physical tension or joint discomfort that can arise during times of change.
If you’ve been feeling tired but restless, struggling to focus, or not quite like yourself, this class will help you reconnect with simple, effective tools to feel more clear, balanced, and supported.
Whether you’re new to essential oils or already have a collection at home, you’ll walk away with practical knowledge, easy-to-use blends, and daily rituals you can return to throughout the season.
Together, we will be making two supportive aromatherapy products that you can start using right away: a soothing headache relief balm and a targeted allergy support roller. Both designed to help you feel better, naturally.
This class is for you if you tend to feel tired, foggy, or just a little “off” as the seasons change, or if spring brings challenges like allergies, sinus pressure, headaches, or physical discomfort. If you’re looking for natural ways to support your mood and energy, want to feel more like yourself again, or have essential oils at home but aren’t quite sure how to use them effectively, you’ll find simple, supportive tools and rituals here to help you feel more balanced and at ease.
