Aromatherapy for Sleep Support

  • Webinar
  • Starts May 7 at 2:00 PM EDT

In this class, I’ll guide you in using aromatherapy for deeper, more restorative sleep. You’ll learn how scent works with the brain and nervous system to quiet the mind, ease tension, and prepare the body for rest. We’ll explore essential oil research and sleep, how aromas may influence dreams, and which oils support a calm, sleep-ready state. You’ll also learn how incorporate aromatherapy into your nightly routine.

“Scent softens the mind and invites the body to rest."

About this class

If you’ve ever found yourself lying in bed with a busy mind, waking in the night unable to settle back in, or feeling like sleep just doesn’t come as easily as it used to...you’re not alone. So many of us move through our days overstimulated and carry that tension straight into the night, leaving the body feeling wired when it’s time to rest.

This class is designed to gently support that transition. Through aromatherapy, you’ll learn how to create a sense of calm that signals to your nervous system that it’s safe to unwind. Rather than forcing sleep, we’ll focus on creating the conditions that allow sleep to come more naturally. Softening mental chatter, easing physical tension, and bringing the body into a more restful state.

In this class, you’ll learn simple, research-based ways to use essential oils in your evening routine so you can unwind from the day and settle into a calmer, more restful state. The goal is to create a rhythm your body starts to recognize, making sleep feel easier and more natural over time.
